Tiller
Give Tiller as a gift

Help someone you love put their wishes in writing.

Tiller walks them through a calm, plain-language conversation about their values and medical wishes, then turns their answers into a legally formatted advance directive for their province.

One-time purchase. No subscription. Available in every Canadian province and territory except Quebec and Nunavut.

How gifting works

STEP 01

You give it.

Enter their name and email, add a note, and pay once. We email them the invitation, or you can hand them the link yourself.

STEP 02

They work through it.

Tiller guides them with plain-language questions, at their own pace. It’s private from start to finish.

STEP 03

It becomes their directive.

A legally formatted advance directive for their province that they can sign, share, and update at any time.

Questions about gifting

Who is this for?

Any adult who should have an advance care plan, which is most of them. If they need a will, they need an advance care plan. Parents, partners, siblings, friends. The one requirement is that they must be able to make their own medical decisions when they complete it.

Will I see their answers or their document?

No. Their conversation and their directive are private. You’ll only hear that your gift was accepted.

What if they’re in Quebec or Nunavut?

Tiller can’t produce a directive there yet. Gifts are refundable any time before they’re redeemed.

Does it expire?

No, and there’s no deadline to use it.
